Where is Infuego? ***Important information***

Infuego is held at The Farm Campground in Eureka Springs, AR. The address is 1 Blue Heron Ln, Eureka Springs, AR 72631.

***CAUTION There is a single lane wooden bridge with a clearance height of 11'6" that is located in Beaver on highway 187. If you are traveling in anything other than a motorcycle/car/truck/van we highly suggest you come in from Highway 62 to 187 NOT Highway 23 to 187.***

How old do you have to be to get into Infuego?

You must be 18 or older with a valid ID.

How much does it cost to get into Infuego?

It depends on what you want to bring into the event. Check out ticket and entry prices HERE.

Only cash accepted at the gate.

Will there be an ATM?

Yes. The ATM is by the General Store.

Only cash will be accepted at the gate.

Do I need to reserve a spot to camp?

You do not need to reserve a spot to camp. Primitive camping is first-come, first-served.

What are VIP camping spots?

There are two types of VIP camping spots.

Gold VIP spots include a premium 25'x50' area and include 1 self driven RV pass or 1 vehicle and 1 trailer pass. Gold VIP spots are guaranteed electric and water. Some are 30 amp and some are 50amp. They will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. These are the most level spots closest to the main stage.

Silver VIP spots include a premium 25'x50' area and include 1 self driven RV pass or 1 vehicle and 1 trailer pass. Silver VIP spots do NOT include power or water. These are the most level spots closest to the main stage.

How do I get the best camping spot at Infuego?

Come in a day early with a FirePass and beat the crowd. You can also reserve a VIP spot.

What is a FirePass?

FirePass is when you pay to get into Infuego before it officially begins. You must have a FirePass to gain early access on Wednesday. Get Your FirePass HERE

Do you have pre-staging?

*Pre-staging is for Firepass holders only*

Pre-staging is where Firepass holders wait in line in a designated area before Infuego begins. Wednesday morning at 8:00am you will be checked-in in the order you arrived.

Our pre-staging begins Monday, August 19th at 10:00am. It is $10 per day, per person, per standard campground rates of The Farm. Pre-staging fees must be paid in CASH at time of entry.

When should I arrive to be first in line?

Pre-staging for FirePass holders begins at 10:00am Monday August 19th. You must have a FirePass to pre-stage. Checkin for FirePass starts at 8:00am Wednesday morning for pre-staging and gates open at 10:00am. Checkin will go in order of first arrived for pre-staging and at the gate.

Online sales will have priority over general admission at the gate.

What time do the gates open?

Gates open at 10am and close at 11pm on Wednesday for FirePass holders only.

Gates officially open at 8am Thursday for general admission. Once gates open Thursday morning they do not close again until Saturday night at 12am.

Do I have to bring a motorcycle to attend Infuego?

Absolutely not. You do not need to own or ride a motorcycle to come join in the fun.

Are golf carts and ATV's allowed?

Yes and No. ATV's are not allowed. Golf carts are allowed and cost $40 to bring in. Get your pass HERE

If you do not own a golf cart but would like to rent one, you can do so at Clear Creek Golf Car HERE. They will be delivered to Infuego for your convenience for use during Thursday-Saturday. Golf cart entry fee not included with rental.

Golf carts are required to give right of way to pedestrians and motorcycles.

Are custom party contraption vehicles allowed?

Only if approved by Infuego before the event. Please email us HERE with pictures and a detailed description of your contraption. If Approved you must buy a golf cart pass which is available HERE

(Examples: mobile bars, picnic table trikes, motorized barstools, motorized coolers) If it's built to go fast, it wont be allowed.

Do you rent RV's or tents?

No. we do not rent RV's but we have partnered with Camp Easy Ride to provide you with onsite lodging. To reserve your spot HERE.

Is there an RV dump station?

Yes. It is located near the shower house.

Can we buy beer or liquor at Infuego?

No. Infuego is BYOB. There is Riverview Country Store 7 minutes away that offers beer and wine to purchase.

What is your weapons policy?

No weapons of any kind allowed. No exceptions.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes. There is a pet fee of $10 per pet, which will include a roll of pet waste bags and an entry band for your pet to be placed on their collar. If your pet DOES NOT have a collar, it doesn't belong here.

They must be kept on a leash or kept in a contained area. Please pick up after your pet, no one likes to step in shit. We ask that you keep non-friendly/aggressive pets at home. Get Your Pet Pass HERE

Will there be showers?

Yes. Free hot showers will be available.

Is ice sold there?

Yes. Ice is available for purchase at the general store in the campground.

Are there any discounts?

Yes. Purchase your armbands HERE for less than at the gate. Online sales end 1 week before Infuego begins.

Can we have campfires?

Yes. You must bring a portable, above ground fire ring. Some campsites already have ground level fire pits but The Farm has asked us that no one dig and make any new firepits.

Is firewood sold there?

Yes. Firewood is sold at the General Store. You may also bring your own.

Will there be contests?

Yes. There will be tons of contests for men, women, and teams. Cash, prizes, and trophies will be handed out to the winners.

Best Campsite contest will be announced Saturday evening.

Will there be security?

Yes. There will be security on golf carts patrolling the grounds.

Are generators allowed?

Yes. Please be courteous to your neighbor.

What if my armband is defective?

If there is something wrong with your wristband, please return to the ticket booth with it still on for a replacement. Cut or modified wristbands will result in you having to purchase a new one.

Armbands must be worn at all times. If you are seen without an armband you will be escorted out and will have to purchase a new one to come back in.

When is trash picked up?

Trash will be checked on and picked up during the day. There will be garbage cans throughout the grounds. Please help us keep the campground clean by picking up and disposing of trash properly.

Where can I get an official Infuego Shirt?

Infuego merchandise will be available at the KinkMob booth.

Will there be a water truck available to fill RV's and pool's?

No. This year we will not have a water truck available but we hope to have one in the future.

I ordered wristbands/VIP spots etc. online but now I can't come. Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final and no refunds are given. You can transfer your tickets to another person.

Infuego will also go on rain or shine.

Can I drive my vehicle around the campground?

No. For everyone's safety, keep your vehicle (car,truck,van,SUV,etc) parked, unless coming or leaving the campground.

Will Infuego be canceled because of rain?

No. We will party rain or shine.

How can I volunteer?

Contact us HERE and let us know what times and day you could volunteer.

How can I be a vendor?

Contact us HERE and explain the type of products you would be vending, the amount of frontage you require, and if power is required.

Is Eureka Springs a big town?

With a population of less than 2,200 it is not a big town but it has very cool and interesting shops, bars, and more. You will not be disappointed in the scenic 20 minute drive into town. *Please respect the locals*

Can colors be worn?

We are a neutral ground event so we ask that no hard colors/kutte's be worn. Only soft colors, support shirts, sweatshirts, hats are ok.
