By checking this box you agree that you or any of your employees, agents, and any additional person brought into Infuego 2024 or any event held by KM Industries LLC with you to including but not limited to work/help/attend is at least 18 years of age or older when admitted on to the property.
KM Industries LLC/Infuego 2024 reserves the right to market you/your items, your booth before/during/after to include social media and photos (We may use a photo taken at one event including your picture to advertise our next event). By checking this box you give permission for pictures or video of you/your items, your booth before/during/after Infuego 2024 to be used on our website and Facebook page or other social media for promotional purposes
By checking this box you agree you have read and understand this liability agreement. LIABILITY: Vendors shall comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of any lawful authority, agency or government unity which apply to the use of its vending space, including without limitation, any state or local applicable fire and building code and/or health regulations applicable to the locality in which the event is taking place. The Vendor shall be solely responsible for any and all injuries to persons or damages to property or any other injury, claim, damage or loss of whatever nature, arising from or related to the Event. Vendor shall indemnify, save and hold harmless KM Industries LLC/Infuego 2024, its agents and volunteers from and against all liability, loss, damages, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of injury to person (including death) or damage to property or any other injury, claim, damage, loss, cost or expense arising from the Event performed by vendor including, but not limited to, any negligence, act or omission of vendor. The Vendor agrees to accept responsibility for all materials and goods furnished by him/her, and used or displayed in the booth area and accepts full responsibility for his/her personal property. Vendor agrees that KM Industries LLC/Infuego 2024, its volunteers and agents shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to vendor’s equipment, supplies, goods or other property. KM Industries LLC/Infuego 2024 shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the property of vendor or any of its representatives, employees, agents, patrons and guests, because of fire, robbery, accidents, or any other cause whatsoever that may arise from vendor’s use or occupancy of its allocated space during the Event. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless KM Industries LLC/Infuego 2024’s representatives, and agents against any and all claims of any person whomsoever, from acts or omissions of the vendor, its representatives, employees, agents, patrons, or guests.
By checking this box you also understand that all fees paid to KM Industries LLC/Infuego 2024 are final and no refund will be issued for any reason. If KM Industries LLC/Infuego 2024 does not put on a show on the date listed in this agreement the payer will be credited that amount paid towards a spot at an upcoming event within 364 days from the original date of the originally paid show date. If a new date is not selected for Infuego 2024 by KM Industries LLC within 364 days from the date of this agreement KM Industries LLC will issue payer a full refund. Please understand that even though you may become ill or have other emergencies we do NOT issue refunds.
